Role
A successful and well-established family organisation, with over 25 years of experience, seeks the right candidate to forge ahead with a new product from a well-respected company, you will be working directly under the CEO.
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Representative to take the sole lead in Sydney You will receive comprehensive training and coaching, marketing support, and be part of our supportive workplace culture where great work is recognised and rewarded.
You must have proven sales experience in trade, wholesale, appliance, or small equipment industries with ability to understand our products and relay those effectively to resellers. You must build new partnerships with resellers and mange ongoing relationships with those resellers. Whilst the core product is the solar inverter and battery systems, we are looking to expand our sales in the complimentary home electrification also.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Hunt out reseller opportunity
- Introduce and convert resellers to our products
Skills & Experience
- Sales and Negotiation skills
- Experience in developing new businesses and/or product lines
- Ability to think on your feet and respond to urgent orders
- Ability to meet KPI's and demonstrate performance with regular progress reports to the General Manager
- Knowledge of air conditioning or hot water systems would be highly advantageous
Requirements
- Successful applicants will hold a current police clearance or be able to provide one within one month of commencing employment.
- The position is open to Australian citizens &/or persons that have a legal, valid right to work in Australia.
