Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our Service Department team. Based at our Rockingham Operations, the role demands a great amount of flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to help and support customers. You’ll be a real team player who thrives being in an open team environment
What you will do:
Customer Support: Assist customers in system start-ups and shutdowns over the phone
Diagnosing faults over the phone – utilising monitoring portals
Data Analysis: Analyse portal data to identify faults or production issues and prepare detailed reports for customers.
Booking appointments for technicians and managing their schedules/commitments and mapping efficient runs
Access Management: Provide and manage access to portals for customers and authorised third parties.
Energy Provider and Connectivity Support: Identify and address grid voltage reduction issues by liaising with energy providers and Support customers during network provider changes and address faulty connectivity accessories.
Training and Documentation: assist in creation of process documentation, workflows and How-to guides for customers.
Desired Skills and Experience
What Experience is required:
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Strong customer service experience and skills
Proficient in MS office and strong general computer literacy
Technically inclined, with a solid understanding of IT systems and a passion for keeping up to date with relevant products and technology
Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Ability to interpret data and explain it clearly to customers
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
Ability to manage conflicting tasks, use initiative and work well under pressure,
Self-motivated with a professional and friendly approach,
Strong communication skills for dealing with customers, third party manufacturers and colleagues.
Requirements
Drivers Licence
Successful applicants will hold a current police clearance or be able to provide one within one month of commencing employment; and
