Job Description
You’ll be the main point of contact for monitoring and connectivity issues – anything related to internet, communication protocols, and device status across our solar and energy systems.
Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve monitoring concerns by assessing and
Provide expert technical support to installers and internal teams.
Oversee and diagnose electrical and commissioning issues.
Lead the RMA and warranty process, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Conduct compliance checks and quality-control assessments.
Work closely with the Monitoring Manager to split responsibilities effectively as the teams grow.
Help build out processes, documentation, and technical standards.

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
