Job Description
Based at our Malaga Operations, this position plays a vital role in supporting sales, operations, logistics, and customer service through accurate processing and proactive coordination. his role requires a high level of flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will support the day-to-day administration of wholesale operations and work closely with customers, warehouse staff, freight providers and internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have prior experience in a wholesale or distribution environment, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, team-focused approach. You will be an effective problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, open team environment.
Duties
Raising sales orders & converting sales orders into invoices,
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email,
Organise stock movements with freight companies,
Coordinating with warehouse staff for stock collection,
Liaise with operations managers and customers to determine stock and purchasing requirements,
Maintaining debtors and assisting with account queries,
Ensuring accurate document control and record management; &
Performing general administrative duties and miscellaneous administration tasks.
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 year’s experience in a similar role,
Previous experience within the wholesale business environment is desirable;
Advanced MS office skills including Word and Excel,
Strong attention to detail and accuracy,
Ability to use initiative and work under pressure,
Self-motivated and can work with minimum direction and supervision,
Clear, concise and professional communication skills.
Strong customer service focus.
Requirements
Drivers Licence,
Successful applicants will hold a current police clearance or be able to provide one within one month of commencing employment,
